Being spiritually grounded is our connection to the energy of the earth. Grounding is important for mental, emotional and physical health. If you are sensitive it is extra important to practice daily grounding.

Some signs of not being grounded can include: feeling “spaced out”, nervousness, overwhelmed, stressed, shaky, forgetful, and not being able to focus.

Some simple ways to ground yourself back to the earth include: going out in nature, walking barefoot outdoors, gardening, eating root vegetables (such as beets, carrots, turnips and potatoes), drinking lots of water and exercising such as jogging or yoga.

I created this reiki video specifically to help with grounding. You can play it as often as you want to receive the grounding energy.
