How it works: I record your session and then send to you once it’s done! You can listen to your session anytime at your convenience.

We will clear energy blocks or programming etc that are impacting your energy on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
You will become aware of any patterns, programming and beliefs that are no longer supporting you. You will become aware of new gifts and wisdom within you.
This session will support you in deep love, compassion and empowerment. We will help you to get clarity as well as steps to take after the session as your continue you to move forward.
A combination of intuitive guidance, energy healing/clearing/activation/expansion, mindset/awareness shifting and more!
We can focus on any areas of your life, relationships, career, health etc!

For the 60 minute live session, my availability is on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 12pm PST – 5pm PST!
A combination of coaching, somatic practice and intuitive energy healing support!
We journey deep within and explore the energy, wisdom, love and power that you carry within you. Your thoughts, beliefs, feelings, emotions, patterns, programs are energies that are stored within your body. With curiosity, compassion and support they reveal themselves to you in our session!
