FAQ: How often should I get a session?
I always tell people to listen to their intuition. For example if you desire support in a certain area of your life, then that would be the time to book in a session! I have clients that do monthly or bi monthly for check ups and energy maintenance. And if you would like on going support in between sessions as well, I have my 1:1 container!
